Business Development Manager
Nilüfer Afşar Erkal received the B.Sc. degree in biology (2004), M.Sc. degree in biochemistry (2007) and the Ph.D. degree in biology (2012) from Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, Turkey. She was an EU FP6 Project assistant in Hydrogen Research Laboratory between 2007 and 2011 at METU. She worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Department of Biology at METU between 2012 and 2014. She joined Mikro Biyosistemler in January 2015. Her expertise is on biochemistry and molecular biology. She is currently working on development of biosensors for detection of cancer and micro scale microbial fuel cells.
